Until Jill took the initiative to telephone me in Charleston, SC I would never have known what a true Seller’s Agent might achieve. Our original contract had expired without activity and pretty much without communication from the broker we had signed a contract with in July of 2005. For six months we received little in the way of information pertaining to efforts made on our behalf to show the property or market it to other agents. Having little experience in the home selling arena I had nothing with which to compare my observations. Jill Ford went out of her way to research the market and approach us with a proposal.
